For many years, the IT&Telekomföretagen’s standard terms and conditions have had a strong position in Sweden and been seen as an industry practice by Swedish courts.
NEW STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS ADAPTED TO COMING DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
IT&Telekomföretagen have produced standard contract language and special provisions that are intended to be used in conjunction with other agreements when suppliers (personal data controller) store or otherwise process personal data on behalf of customers.
